Pegue o peito do frango, tempere a gosto de cada pessoa, e coloque em uma panela para cozinhar com bastante água que deixe o peito cozido e que fique bastante caldo. Em outra panela coloque a cebola picada, o tablete do caldo de galinha, a margarina. Refogue-os.
2. Depois de refogar acrescente o caldo do peito do frango e o leite de vaca, mexa bem depois em outra vasilha, dissolva a farinha de trigo com água ou leite. Depois de dissolver, acrescente na panela junto com o refogado. Aí é só mexer para não empelotar.
3. Depois que engrossar acrescente o peito de frango desfiado, depois a ervilha e o milho verde, põe um pouco de sal. Por último, acrescente o creme de leite. É só deixar cozinhar até ele ficar bem cremoso. É so servir junto com o arroz branco.
