Peel the carrot and cut it to your liking, crush a garlic well and put the oil in a pan
Let the garlic get brown, throw the rice sauté it well, put water until the rice is covered and throw the carrot on top
Add salt to taste and cover the pan and leave it on low heat as soon as the rice has run out of water, very dry, it is ready to serve.
