- Common rice | 2 cup
- medium carrot | 1 unit(s)
- Garlic | 2 unit(s)
- Oil | 1 tablespoon
- Salt | 1 to taste
- Water | 3 cup
Recipe
- In a pan put the oil and the grated carrot in the pan then the garlic and let it brown.
- Add the rice, hit the salt and let it cook until the water dries up.
- After the water dries, you look at the point of the rice (if you need to, add a little more water) and that's it.
