- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the rice and stir so it doesn't burn. Add water and add a pinch of salt. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and add to the pan. Hit the salt and wait for the rice to be soft.
