- Add oil to the pan and Sauté the onion and garlic
- Add the rice and let it cook
- Beat the broccoli leaves and stalks with water and pass through a strainer to use only the broth.
- Add 4 cups of the broth to the rice and the finely chopped broccoli flowers, season with salt and white pepper and let it cook until the desired point.
