- Garlic to taste
- Rice2 cup
- Onion to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Carrot to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Desalt all meat, then fry. Remove all excess oil add the garlic, onion and tomato let it sauté for a few minutes then add the rice and carrot let it sauté well. Cover with boiling water. Hit the salt and cover the pan, cook until it gets very dry. Finish with the green scent
