  • Unleavened Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • liquid milk1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Oil to taste
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the baking powder.
  2. After mixing the dry ingredients, add the milk and eggs, and mix well.
  3. In a frying pan, pour the oil to start the frying.
  4. With the hot oil, add the dough to the skillet with the help of a spoon, spacing one cookie from the other.
  5. When the dumplings are done on one side, flip over to fry the other side.
  6. After browning both sides, remove and pour into a colander, let the oil drain and serve.
