- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the baking powder.
- After mixing the dry ingredients, add the milk and eggs, and mix well.
- In a frying pan, pour the oil to start the frying.
- With the hot oil, add the dough to the skillet with the help of a spoon, spacing one cookie from the other.
- When the dumplings are done on one side, flip over to fry the other side.
