Ingredients
- Butter beans, cooked (al dente) and drained | 300 g
- Black-eyed peas cooked (al dente) and drained | 100 g
- Cooked long grain rice | 300 g
- Diced Bacon | 200 g
- Diced Calabrian sausage | 200 g
- Shredded Beef | 250 g
- Diced Tomato | 200 g
- Diced green bell pepper | 200 g
- Coriander | to taste
- Bottle butter | 50 g
- Curd cheese | 400 g
- Diced Onion | 200 g
Recipe
- Heat the butter in a thick-bottomed pan, then add the bacon and sausage until golden.
- Also add the dried meat and onion, until it becomes transparent.
- Then add the vegetables: tomatoes and peppers giving them a good stir-fry
- Add the rice, butter beans and black-eyed peas, if necessary, drizzle with a little more bottled butter, finish with coriander
- Brown the curd cheese and serve with the baião
