- Butter beans, cooked (al dente) and drained300 g
- Black-eyed peas cooked (al dente) and drained100 g
- Cooked long grain rice300 g
- Diced Bacon200 g
- Diced Calabrian sausage200 g
- Shredded Beef250 g
- Diced Tomato200 g
- Diced green bell pepper200 g
- Coriander to taste
- Bottle butter50 g
- Curd cheese400 g
- Diced Onion200 g
- Heat the butter in a thick-bottomed pan, then add the bacon and sausage until golden.
- Also add the dried meat and onion, until it becomes transparent.
- Then add the vegetables: tomatoes and peppers giving them a good stir-fry
- Add the rice, butter beans and black-eyed peas, if necessary, drizzle with a little more bottled butter, finish with coriander
- Brown the curd cheese and serve with the baião
