- White Quinoa1 cup
- Chestnuts2/3 cup
- Coriander1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Small white Ebola1 unit(s)
- Olive oil or butter to taste
- Rinse the quinoa under running water and rest. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and onion and brown in olive oil.
- Add the quinoa plus 2 cups of water and cook until medium, about 20 minutes.
- In a mixer or blender beat the chestnuts. 20 seconds is enough. If you beat it too much, it turns to dust and the idea is to give it crunch.
- With the fire off, season to taste and add the nuts and coriander.
