- Ham150 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- In a pan put a generous thread of oil; Fry the onion and garlic and put the rice to sauté; add 3 cups of water and let it cook.
- For the sauce, fry the garlic and onion in olive oil, add the tomato paste and season to taste.
- After cooking the rice, wait for 10 minutes to smother.
- Drop the rice and put the sauce in the same pan and mix until it joins the rice;
- Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes
- Mix with the rice and sauce, place in a refractory, forre cheese on top and take it to the oven until the cheese melts.
