  • Rice | 2 cup
  • Ham | 150 g
  • Mozzarella | 150 g
  • Tomato sauce | 2 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell |  to taste


  1. In a pan put a generous thread of oil; Fry the onion and garlic and put the rice to sauté; add 3 cups of water and let it cook.
  2. For the sauce, fry the garlic and onion in olive oil, add the tomato paste and season to taste.
  3. After cooking the rice, wait for 10 minutes to smother.
  4. Drop the rice and put the sauce in the same pan and mix until it joins the rice;
  5. Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes
  6. Mix with the rice and sauce, place in a refractory, forre cheese on top and take it to the oven until the cheese melts.
