  • Coriander1 tablespoon
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Color1 coffee spoon
  • Water2 cup
  1. Wash the okra, dry one by one and then cut them into circles.
  2. In a growing pan the already cut okra, the crushed garlic, the rest of the ingredients and stir until it is sautéed.
  3. Add the water, cover the pan and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes.
