- grated apple1 teaspoon
- Sour cream100 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and put them to cook with the skin on. Add salt to water.
- After the potatoes are well cooked, add the butter, salt, pepper and cream. Beat everything in a mixer.
- Add the grated apple, return to the heat and heat the puree. Mix well. Then hang up. It's ready to serve.
