Ingredients
Recipe

Potatoes500 g
Butter1 tablespoon
Milk100 ml
Salt and black pepper to taste
Ground beef500 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Flour1 tablespoon
Cheese150 g
Tomato sauce1 cup

Cook the potatoes until they are soft and well cooked.
Mash the potatoes and add the milk, butter and salt, mix well to form a puree.
For the meatball, mix the ground beef with the egg and wheat flour, season with salt and black pepper and shape in your hands
Put the meatballs in the frying pan and add them in the middle of the puree
Put the tomato sauce on top finish with grated cheese and take it to the oven until the cheese melts and serve
