  • Boiled cassava1 kg
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Milk to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Mash the cassava with a fork if you want a more rustic puree (with pieces) or in a potato masher if you want a smooth puree.
  2. Put the margarine and milk to taste. Just go putting it little by little leaving it the way you like it best. If you want it soft, put a lot of milk, if you want it harder, a little milk.
  3. Then just hit the salt and put kingdom pepper to taste.
