  • Milk125 ml
  • Butter50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  1. Cook the cassava submerged in water for 40 min or until soft but not soggy.
  2. Mash them or pass them through a sieve, take the opportunity to extract the central fibers of the root.
  3. In a food processor divided into three parts, add the milk and butter and process quickly.
  4. Transfer the puree to the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook over medium heat until slightly shimmering.
