  • olive oil2 tablespoon
  • curry1 teaspoon
  • medium onion1 unit(s)
  • medium carrot1 unit(s)
  • pumpkin (I used Japanese)300 g
  1. Saute onion in oil until soft.
  2. Add the pumpkin and carrot cut into cubes, let it sauté for a few minutes and then cover with water to cook (no need to add a lot of water).
  3. When the vegetables are very soft, separate them from the broth that will form and with the help of the blender process until a cream is formed (use the cooking water to leave your cream in the texture you prefer)
  4. Return to the pan, add the curry, salt and pepper to taste, let it boil for a few minutes and it's ready.
