  • Laminated Puffed Marra150 g
  • cherry tomato1 cup
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  • Fresh thyme to taste
  1. Fold the burrata into the puff pastry. Brush the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden.
  2. In a hot skillet with oil, fry the tomato with the garlic cloves and some thyme sprigs for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve the burrata with the tomatoes.
