  • Cornmeal250 g
  • Water 1 liter and a half1 l
  • Seasonings to taste1 to taste
  • Vegetable oil1 coffee spoon
  1. Fry the seasonings (I used garlic, onion and salt) in the pressure cooker
  2. Add 1 liter of water and let it boil in the meantime.
  3. Dissolve the cornmeal in about 500ml of water and mix it with the boiling water in the pan.
  4. Cover and leave on low heat for about 15 minutes until you get pressure. Turn off the pot and wait while the pressure comes off.
  5. Serve with whatever you like. It's super creamy and delicious.
