  • Water100 g
  • Vinegar100 g
  • Sugar25 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Optional (dry seasonings) to taste
  • Airtight pot1 unit(s)
  1. First boil a pot for 15 minutes and leave it to dry on an upside down rack.
  2. Separate the flowers however you want and wipe them with a damp cloth if they are dirty.
  3. Prepare the pickle by boiling water, vinegar, salt and sugar in a pan.
  4. After boiling, let it cool before adding it to the pot along with the flowers and spices if you wish to add
  5. Cover the pot with the lid and vacuum it by placing it in boiling water for 5 minutes with the water level up to 1/3 of it.
  6. Then run an inverted water bath with cold water and ice to keep the lid on.
