  • Olive oil to taste

  • Colorau to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. In the blender, place the green Minho without water, the milk cream, salt, pepper. Beat and reserve.
  2. In the pan add the oil, onion, garlic, paprika and saffron, bring to the fire and stir until the seasonings soften.
  3. Add the tomato, put the shrimp sauté until the shrimp is golden.
  4. Add the curd and cook constantly stirring so it doesn't stick.
  5. Then put the corn cream and leave it on the fire until the corn is cooked. Add the green smell and stir.
