In a pan, fry the bacon and sausage.
Then add the onion, garlic and peppers and fry well.
After everything is fried, add the Farofa, I use the seasoned one, but use whatever you like.
Mix everything very well and add the chives and seasonings.
Finally add the olive oil to taste to make the farofa moist.
Perfect accompaniment to a barbecue, beans, and whatever else you want!
