Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme and finely chopped onion. Add 100 ml of milk to the minced meat. Mix well. Grease a 26 cm diameter baking dish with a little oil.
Pour the ground beef and spread it all over the bottom of the roasting pan. Bake for 6 minutes on low heat. Turn over, arrange thin slices of bread over the minced meat.
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and 150 ml of milk and pour them into the bread. Cover with a lid and bake for 6 minutes over low heat.
Then turn again and arrange the tomato slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover the pan again. Leave for 3 minutes on low heat.
