  • Baked beans600 g
  • Hot water600 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the sausage into pieces, fry them in a little oil for 4 minutes over moderate heat, take out a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrot, pepper and garlic, if necessary add a little more oil.
  3. We add salt. Leave them for 5 minutes on moderate heat.
  4. Then add the sausage and beans. Add 600 ml of hot water. Cook for 6 minutes.
  5. Chop the tomatoes finely and add them to the beans, season with black pepper, paprika and thyme. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Turn off and sprinkle with parsley.
