- Seasonings to taste
- Wash and cut the vegetables of your choice, cook until al dente. (In this recipe I used pesticide-free carrots, so I didn’t have to cook them, they are very soft!) Drain the vegetables set aside Put the butter in a garlic pan, I use garlic pounded with salt right away! Fry until golden, at this point you add the vegetables, then you can add seasonings to your liking… black pepper… etc. Stir until everything, the potato gives a creaminess, it is too delicious.
