- Bacon200 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chimichurri Seasoning1 teaspoon
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Season with salt, olive oil and Chimichurri.
- Cut the bacon into smaller pieces.
- Put everything in the airfryer for 20min at 200°C or until golden. No need to cook the potato first!
