- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 cup
- Cook the potatoes in salted water and then pass through the ricer. Add the butter, check the salt, and place in a greased refractory.
- Drizzle with the cream, sprinkle with the grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Tip - instead of cream, you can use tomato sauce and grated mozzarella, for a parmigiana-like version.
