  • Milk700 ml
  • Chopped Gorgonzola100 g
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • Standard Grated Cheese100 g
  • Cream cheese100 g
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Reserve. Put a pan with 1 l of water to boil, once boiled add a teaspoon of salt. Add the potatoes to cook in boiling water for ten minutes. Drain and reserve. Put a pan on the fire, in medium fire, put the butter and let it melt, add the wheat flour and stir well. When it starts to boil, add the milk and mix using a whisk to thicken. At this time, lower the heat and let it cook for 3 minutes, always stirring. Add the cheeses and let them melt, stirring constantly. If you need to use a little more milk. Check salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a refractory that can go in the oven, place a little cream cheese on the bottom. Make a layer of potatoes and drizzle with the cream cheese. Repeat this operation until you run out of potatoes. Finish with the cream cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
