Large Potato

Tire as cascas das batatas e corte cada uma em 5 pedaços, coloque para cozinha com sal grosso, deixe cozinhando até ficar mole.

Remove the skins from the potatoes and cut each one into 5 pieces, place in the kitchen with coarse salt, let it cook until soft.

Enquanto isso coloque os ovos para cozinhar.

Escorra as batatas, coloque em uma vasilha,junto com os ovos, no final adicione o azeite e os tempero a gosto.

Drain the potatoes, place in a bowl, along with the eggs, at the end add the olive oil and seasoning to taste.

Por fim mexa tudo e sirva quente ou gelado.

Finally, stir everything and serve hot or cold.

Dica: Super simples, porém muito saborosa.
