Ingredients

  • Potatoes | 8 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 100 ml
  • Margarine/butter | 3 tablespoon
  • Rosemary, salt, dried parsley |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices, but not all the way through (use barbecue sticks to help prevent cutting).
  2. Arrange on a baking sheet, where they fit side by side.
  3. In a container, mix the oil, margarine, seasonings. Mix until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the mixture over the potatoes, passing between the slices.
  5. Put aluminum foil to cover and take it to the oven, 180 degrees, for 35 min.
  6. Remove, brush the rest of the seasoning and return to the oven at 200 degrees until golden.
