  • English Potato | 5 unit(s)
  • Sour cream | 1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese | 2 tablespoon
  • liquid milk | 1 cup
  • grated onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese | 300 g
  • Nutmeg |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices without the skin, cook and then set aside
  2. For the white sauce, chop the onion. and put it to brown in butter
  3. Then add the milk, cream, nutmeg and salt.
  4. Take the boiled potatoes and place in a refractory and on top put the white sauce
  5. Finish with the cheese and bake until browned in the oven.
