  • Medium Potatoes5 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • Milk350 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Sour cream100 ml
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese1 to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until al dente.
  2. Cut into slices and place on a baking tray.
  3. Brush a little butter over the potatoes.
  4. To make the white sauce, heat the butter with the grated half onion.
  5. Add the wheat flour and let it fry lightly
  6. Add the milk gradually and stir well until cooked.
  7. Add the sour cream and cottage cheese.
  8. Place the white sauce over the potato and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
  9. Take it to the oven to gratin.
