Potato gratin

Pique a batata em cubos médios e coloque em água fervente por 7 minuto

Cut the potato into medium cubes and place in boiling water for 7 minutes.

Coe a batata, coloque tudo num refratário e tempere com sal pimenta a gosto, azeite e por cima rale o parmesão.

Strain the potato, place everything in a refractory and season with salt and pepper to taste, olive oil and grate the Parmesan on top.

Pre-aqueça o forno a 200 graus e coloque o refratário. Depois de 10 minutos mexa bem as batatas e deixe no forno por mais 5 minutos ou até que estejam douradas 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the refractory. After 10 minutes, stir the potatoes well and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes or until golden.
