Potatoes4 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Milk200 ml
Nutmeg to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
Mozzarella50 g

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Take it in a pan with water to cook. Don't let the potatoes get too soft.
In a bowl, mix the cream, milk, cottage cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Grease the bottom of a dish with butter, place the potatoes, drizzle with the milk mixture.
Cover with mozzarella and take to preheated oven, until golden!
