  • grated qualho cheese1 cup
  • Blended pepperoni1 cup
  • Coriander and chives0 to taste
  1. Fry the pepperoni in thick slices, drain the fat and pass it in the blender, cook the potatoes and mash well, then grate the cheese.
  2. Cut the cilantro and chives very small.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, shape balls with your hands and lightly mash them with a fork.
  4. Bake in an air fryer lined with aluminum foil at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. After roasting, open the air fryer and wait two minutes to remove the dumplings, as they are very soft (melted) while they are very hot.
  6. After that it can be used.
