- Wheat flour9 tablespoon

- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Peel the potatoes and put it to cook, in another pan put the meat to cook and add seasoning of your preference. After the potatoes are cooked, mash them up and let them cool. Fry the minced meat and season. Put flour, egg and salt in the mashed potato. Grease your hand with flour and fill and close the cookies.
- Fry them in hot oil.
