  • Salt to taste
  1. Peel the potato and cut it into thin slices (if you want, use a talker or mandolin so that they are all the same thickness)
  2. Cut a paper towel tray
  3. Place a large skillet with plenty of oil over high heat to heat.
  4. When the oil is hot, fry the potato slices without letting them brown too much, as they will become bitter.
  5. Remove the potatoes and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
  6. Season with salt and serve next.
