- Salt to taste
- Water1 l
- Chives to taste
- Boil the potato in water until very soft.
- Put the potato in the blender along with the water and beat for 2 minutes.
- Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend again until creamy.
- In a pan add all the broth and let it boil until it thickens.
- Finish with chives on top
