  • Butter24 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. Wash, peel and cook potatoes until soft
  2. Pass through a crusher or mash with a fork
  3. Add the mashed potato to the pan and turn on the heat, then add the butter, milk, salt, sour cream and the cheeses.
  4. Stir very well with a large spoon until it reaches the point of pulling, which is when the cheese is already melted, serve with your favorite accompaniment.
