- Bay leaves3 unit(s)
- Green rosemary sprigs2 unit(s)

- BBQ Sauce8 tablespoon
- ♤2 kg of ♡4 ♤1 tablespoon of ♡ 1 spoon of ♤3 ♡2 ♤2 tablespoons of ♡ 8 spoons of
- Crush the 4 cloves of garlic, salt, and spread all over the meat.
- Add the black pepper, rosemary and bay leaves and the oil.
- Place the ribs already seasoned inside a closed plastic bag and take it to the fridge, let it marinate for 12 hours.
- After this time, remove the ribs from the plastic bag and place them in a roasting pan along with the liquid produced during the 12 hours.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1h and 30min at 180º.
- After 1h and 30min remove the foil and brush barbecue sauce all over the ribs, continue brushing the sauce every 15 minutes.
- Let the ribs bake for another 1h and 30min at 180°
