Pork rib with barbucue sauce

  • Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Bay leaves3 unit(s)
  • Green rosemary sprigs2 unit(s)
  • Salt2 tablespoon
  • BBQ Sauce8 tablespoon
  1. ♤2 kg of ♡4 ♤1 tablespoon of ♡ 1 spoon of ♤3 ♡2 ♤2 tablespoons of ♡ 8 spoons of
  2. Crush the 4 cloves of garlic, salt, and spread all over the meat.
  3. Add the black pepper, rosemary and bay leaves and the oil.
  4. Place the ribs already seasoned inside a closed plastic bag and take it to the fridge, let it marinate for 12 hours.
  5. After this time, remove the ribs from the plastic bag and place them in a roasting pan along with the liquid produced during the 12 hours.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1h and 30min at 180º.
  7. After 1h and 30min remove the foil and brush barbecue sauce all over the ribs, continue brushing the sauce every 15 minutes.
  8. Let the ribs bake for another 1h and 30min at 180°
