  • crushed garlic2 unit(s)
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • oil2 tablespoon
  • mixed seasoning to taste
  • salt to taste
  • chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • chopped bell pepper1 unit(s)
  • beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
  • tomato paste (sachet)2 unit(s)
  • coriander1 unit(s)
  • Polenta: Fuba1 cup
  • water1 l
  • crushed garlic2 unit(s)
  • margarine2 tablespoon
  • beef bouillon cube2 unit(s)
  1. In a pan put the oil, garlic, brown, put the onion and let it brown a little more. Throw in the ground beef and mix well for 5 minutes. Put the mixed seasoning, salt and let it sauté for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the pepper, tomato and beef broth. Add the tomato paste and stir, add the cilantro and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Polenta: In a pan, place the garlic and margarine, bring to the fire to brown. Add the water and cornmeal and stir well until dissolved. Add the beef broth, and stir constantly until it thickens. Saute the polenta with the ground beef on top
