  • Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
  • Onion1 to taste
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Tomato2 to taste
  • Olive1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Milk3 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Fuba3 cup
  1. In a bowl, place the milk, cornmeal and water, mix everything before going to the pan, so it doesn't form balls.
  2. In another pan, sauté the garlic with olive oil or oil, add seasonings to your liking, add the cornmeal mixture, add salt to your taste... stir until thickened and set aside.
  3. In another pan, put olive oil or oil, add the onion, garlic and tomato, sauté, then put the ground meat and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the water dries up.
  4. Then put the tomato sauce, if you want you can put corn peas parsley peppers, that's to your taste..
  5. After everything is ready, put half of the polenta in a minced meat shape and complete with the rest of the polenta and it's ready.
