Ingredients
- Fuba | 1 cup
- Chicken broth | 2 unit(s)
- Margarine | 1 teaspoon
- Water | 1 l
- Garlic | to taste
- Onion | to taste
- Ground beef | 300 g
- Tomato sauce | 1 can(s)
- Olives | to taste
- Salt | to taste
Recipe
- For the sauce: In a pan, fry the garlic and onion, add the ground beef and sauté well. Add the tomato sauce, mix, let it boil for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat and set aside.
- For the polenta:
- Dissolve the cornmeal in 250 ml of cold water and set aside.
- Boil the rest of the water (750 ml) with the margarine and chicken stock.
- In a separate pan, fry the garlic and onion and set aside.
- After the chicken stock and margarine have dissolved, add the reserved cornmeal, garlic and onion.
- Mix non-stop until it unglues from the bottom of the pan. Place in a refractory container and top the ground beef sauce.
