Fuba1 cup
Chicken broth2 unit(s)
Margarine1 teaspoon
Water1 l
Garlic to taste
Onion to taste
Ground beef300 g
Tomato sauce1 can(s)
Olives to taste
Salt to taste

For the sauce: In a pan, fry the garlic and onion, add the ground beef and sauté well. Add the tomato sauce, mix, let it boil for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat and set aside.
For the polenta:
Dissolve the cornmeal in 250 ml of cold water and set aside.
Boil the rest of the water (750 ml) with the margarine and chicken stock.
In a separate pan, fry the garlic and onion and set aside.
After the chicken stock and margarine have dissolved, add the reserved cornmeal, garlic and onion.
Mix non-stop until it unglues from the bottom of the pan. Place in a refractory container and top the ground beef sauce.
