Bolognese sauce

Coloque 2 litros de água,sal e margarina pra esquentar 

Put 2 liters of water, salt and margarine to heat

Quando estiver bem quente vá colocando a farinha de milho aí poucos e mexendo 

When it's very hot, add the cornmeal a few times and stir.

Quando estiver desgrudando do fundo da panela desligue 

When it's coming off the bottom of the pan, turn it off.

Coloque em uma travessa de vidro e espalhe a bolonhesa por cima.

Place in a glass dish and spread the bolognese on top.
