  • Polenta | 2 cup
  • Water | 500 ml
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce | 1 unit(s)
  • Ground beef | 500 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs | 200 g
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper |  to taste


  1. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic
  2. Add the polenta flour and water
  3. Keep stirring until it leaves the bottom of the pan.
  4. Place on platter and set aside
  5. In a bowl, mix the meat, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and egg.
  6. Make medium balls
  7. In a pan pour the sauce and put the meatballs and cook
  8. When done, place the meatballs and sauce on top of the polenta.
