- Rice2 cup
- Boiling water4 cup
- Spices/oil to taste
- Sauté the rice with the oil and seasonings, add the water, adjust the salt and let it cook. Obs: I like to cook with the pan semi uncovered so the rice doesn't get soaked, only when it's drying I cover the pan.
