  • Onion and minced garlic1 to taste
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Olive oil and pepperoni1 to taste
  • Chopped Parsley1 to taste
  1. I started by washing the lentils under running water and set aside.
  2. Now in the pressure cooker I put the chopped garlic and onion. I added the oil and let it fry a little.
  3. Then I added the lentils and pepperoni. I mixed everything and added the water.
  4. I took it to pressure cook for about 15 minutes. Then I turned it off and added the salt and chopped parsley and let it boil for another 5 minutes and turned off the heat.
  5. Then and only serve
