- Beans of your choice | 1 cup
- Garlic | 3 unit(s)
- Oil | 1 tablespoon
- Salt | to taste
- Water | 4 cup
- In a pressure cooker, add the beans, water and salt.
Bring to a boil and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes.
- Then in a medium pan, put the oil and take it to the fire to warm up, after hot add the garlic and sauté quickly until golden.
- Then put our mixture already sautéed in the pressure cooker and let it cook, with the pan semi-covered, for 10 minutes.
